Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of receiving the order. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc.), we will shoulder the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to customer issue (e.g. wrong item ordered, customer remorse, etc.), the customer is responsible for return postage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we will cancel the return label after 5 days of your request. If we don't hear anything from you or if there is no transaction after 5 days, we will assume that you want to keep the item/s.
